Version 1.0 · In force 8 October 2026
This policy was written in-house, based on a review of what the product actually does rather than on a template. It is not legal advice, and it has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer. If anything here conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights win.
The short version
Credits are delivered the moment you pay and are used to generate work, so they are not refundable once spent, and we do not give discretionary refunds for a change of mind.
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw. At checkout you are asked to agree that delivery starts immediately, which ends that right for credits already supplied. Credits you have not spent are refunded if you withdraw within 14 days. Nothing in this policy takes away a right the law gives you.
You can cancel a subscription at any time and it stops at the end of the period you have paid for.
Incomplete. A trader selling at a distance has to publish a legal name and a geographic address, and these are missing. Fill them in at src/config/legal.js before relying on these pages.
Who you are dealing with
NichoAI is a trading name. It is not a registered company, so the contract is with the individual named above and there is no limited liability behind it.
Credits. A credit is spent when the platform performs paid work for you — generating a website, a video clip or an AI edit. Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing and buy pages before you pay.
Credits are supplied immediately on payment. They do not expire while your account is open, and they have no cash value.
We do not refund because:
The last one is worth being plain about rather than hiding: the output is produced by an AI model and will not always be what you hoped for. You can see a finished site for free, before spending anything, and switching themes and editing text afterwards costs nothing. Spend credits only when the free preview has shown you what you are buying.
This is not a refund and does not depend on one. When a paid generation fails, the platform returns the credits automatically — the charge and the refund are part of the same operation, so a failure cannot leave you out of pocket. If you are ever charged for something that did not run, tell us and we will put the credits back.
If you are buying as a consumer rather than for a business, you normally have 14 days from the day of purchase to withdraw from a distance contract and get your money back, without giving a reason.
Digital content is the exception. That right ends once supply has begun, if you gave your express prior consent to it beginning immediately and acknowledged that you would lose the right. That is what you are agreeing to at checkout, and it is why spent credits are not refundable.
In practice:
You do not need a form. A clear statement by email is enough. Legal references: Directive 2011/83/EU Articles 9–16; in Sweden, distansavtalslagen (2005:59) chapter 2.
If you are buying for a business, the statutory withdrawal right above does not apply to you, and Section 2 is the whole policy: credits are not refundable.
Cancel from your account page at any time. The subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and then stops; credits already granted for that period stay in your account. Cancelling does not refund the current period, except under Section 4.
If something has gone wrong, email us first. We would rather fix it than argue with a bank about it. Raising a chargeback instead may result in the account being suspended while the claim is resolved.
Email us first. If we cannot resolve it, a consumer in Sweden can take the matter to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), and a consumer anywhere in the EU can use the European Commission’s consumer redress platform. We are required to tell you this and to give you our email address, which is in the block above.
